The Alabama State Senate passed a near-total anti-abortion vote count, a 25 to 6 ballot on Tuesday night. The regulation does not consider exceptions for rape or incest. The legislation is the most limiting anti-abortion action passed since the decision of Roe v. Wade back in 1973

Alabama’s new law edits an almost complete restriction on abortion, the illiberal in the United States, was passed by this group of peculiar 25 white, male republicans.

It is being feared that the Alabama law will asymmetrically affect minorities especially black and poor women since these are the least resourced group who are most likely to procure an abortion.

Out of the 27 all white republicans that overshadow the 37-seat Alabama legislature, 25 voted to pass the bill late on Tuesday while two did not vote.

The implication of this law makes it a crime to procure an abortion in the state at any stage of pregnancy except when the life of the mother is at risk.
